Services to Clients: Treatment Modalities
There are names for what binds us: strong forces, weak forces...And see how the flesh grows back across a wound, with a great vehemence, more strong than the simple, untested surface before. There's a name for it on horses, when it comes back darker and raised: proud flesh.
- Jane Hirschfield, For What Binds Us

What makes this practice unique?
...the certainty that with a quarter century of professional experience, I bring a depth of authentic understanding of diverse therapy modalities to help heal individuals and families. My husband of 27 years and I both have raised our young people, now of college and high school age. I know the difficulty of asking parents to be "consistent"; to be "present" and "available" to their young ones and later, to their adolescents. Life challenges us as we struggle to accept our losses, transitions and heartaches. I believe in the power of our connections with others and in keeping our heart open, even in the face of adversity. Our strength comes in using our internal resources and external supports with the courage available to us - especially when we are most in need of support.
